2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amour P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

5. Permission is granted.

6. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
