2. This revision application has been preferred for setting aside the judgment dated 12.09.2017 passed in Cr. Appeal No.47 of 2016 by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran whereby the appeal preferred against the judgment and order of sentence passed by the S.D.J.M., Bagaha in Trial No. 128 of 2016 (G.R. No.52 of 1994) arising out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No.09/1994 on 15.07.2016 has been allowed and O.P. No.2 who had been convicted under Section 498-A of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P. Act, sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment of two years and a fine of

3. To this Court, it appears that the petitioner is not showing interest in pressing this application. It has already remained pending for six years in this Court. This Court is of the view that in the name of adjournment the case cannot be kept pending as about six years have already gone since the filing of this revision application. It is being dismissed.
