Petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of salary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. Similar issue raised in C.W.J.C. No. 7312 of 2017 was disposed of vide order dated 15.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to examine the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11205 of 2018(3) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 petitioner in the light of the oral order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7312 of 2017. In case on verification, the claim of the petitioner is different to the case of petitioners in C.W.J.C. NO. 7312 of 2017 the respondents shall pass reasoned order with regard to claim of the petitioner.

Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
