This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 (G.O. Case No.358 of 2019) for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record an order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4426 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused namely, Ashish Jha @ Kinshu Jha @ Ashish Kumar Jha, has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
For the reasons recorded in the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46832 of 2021(3) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 22.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4426 of 2021, this application is also allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga, in connection with Baheri P.S.
