Two petitioners, who are in custody since 8.10.2015 in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 230 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, have prayed for grant of bail.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let both the petitioners namely Ram Avtar Sah alias Ramotar Sah and Jawahar Rishi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
