JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 30.08.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Nawada whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner for grant of ex-gratia payment has been rejected. The learned counsel for the State, Shri Satya Vrat, learned AC to GP-10 has got no objection.
