2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

4. This is the second attempt for regular bail. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19693 of 2024 vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35408 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 27.03.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
