The matter relates to termination of TalimiMarkaj/Shiksha Samiti vide order dated 25.01.2018. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already held out that the order dated 25.01.2018 was passed without compliance of natural justice and on that basis, the writ application was allowed and the order was quashed. Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application is allowed in similar terms and Annexure-7 of C.W.J.C. No. 11207 of 2018 and Annexure-8 of C.W.J.C. No. 11262 of 2018 are quashed.
