2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful
Patna High Court MJC No.1809 of 2018 dt.17-07-2019 2/2 disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 23.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1805 of 2018.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 8 Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the Managing Director, SBPDCL, discloses that a final speaking order has been passed by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.
4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1809 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
