2. In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 353, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the police went to arrest the co-accused husband of the petitioner namely, Ranjeet Kumar Lohani and when the police party tried to enter into the house of the petitioner, the said co-accused obstructed the entry by throwing petrol and burning clothes on the police party. The said co-accused also threw the gas cylinder on the police party. The petitioner opened the door of the first floor, thereafter, the house was searched, but the said co-accused fled away from his house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no role at all in the alleged occurrence as is apparent from the FIR. The petitioner is the wife of coaccused Ranjeet Kumar Lohani and the said co-accused has been granted regular bail by the learned court below. The petitioner is a lady.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no specific allegation for obstructing the police party made against her, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 317 of 2021, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial court.
