ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 302 added.

Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

The only allegation against the petitioner is that she had also participated in the occurrence leading to the death of the husband of the informant. Case diary also indicates merely suspects participation of the present petitioner in the alleged occurrence.

No.6281 of 2016 (4) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) ajaypd./- U T
