Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sursand P.S. Case No. 34 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon order dated 29.09.2021 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35778 of 2021 as well as the orders dated 10.12.2021 and 23.12.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 31983 of 2021 and 41288

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37420 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 of 2021 respectively, by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. For the reasons recorded in the orders dated 29.09.2021, 10.12.2021 and 23.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 35778 of 2021, 31983 of 2021 and 41288 of 2021 respectively, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 34 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
