1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Begusarai town P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 registered under section 414 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was caught in the house of Kundan Kumar from whose house certain articles were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2003 and accused in another case on 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Begusarai town P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023.

8. The petitioner will visit Matihani police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
