2. The petitioners has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 dated 05.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 303(2), 109(1) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant's uncle Bipin Tanti, Gainu Tanti and Chandan Kumar were talking to one another near the community hall, in the meantime, the petitioner Rupesh Kumar assaulted the informant's uncle with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37927 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/3 stone below his eye causing injury. When they went to make complain, in the meantime, Rakesh Kumar tried to strangulate Shrawan Kumar. It is further alleged that after sometime, the petitioners and the co-accused person armed with various weapons came to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant's uncle and his cousin brother, Shrawan Kumar causing injuries to them and took Rs. 7,000/- from the pocket of the informant's uncle and gold Hanuman locket from Dinesh Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The injured Bipin Tanti sustained grievous injury and the two other injured sustained simple injury. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner no. 1 and 3 are in custody since 13.02.2025 and the petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 05.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37927 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 3/3 above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
