Learned counsel for the State submits counter affidavit in which, it has been mentioned about payment of admissible arrear of utilized earned leave, admissible payment

of ACP benefits, about the payment of benefits which are paid in the account of petitioner no. 2. It has been submitted that for the payment of GPF amount, they are in co-ordination of the different offices, where the petitioner's father served and it has been requested that for payment further time is required. Counsel for the respondent submits that the chart relating to paid amount has also annexed. He seeks four weeks time in which the GPF amount may be paid. In the present facts and circumstances that the effort towards payment of other amounts have been made and towards payment of GPF amount, the matters are in process. Let the respondents are directed to complete the entire process within ten weeks and assure the payment in the account of the petitioner along with admissible statutory interest, within said period.

In this view of the matter, the present application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that in case he found any amount not properly calculated, he shall file representation before the authority within ten weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
