This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1260/2013, disclosing offences under sections 323, 379. 504. 506/34 of the Indian penal Code and under section 4 of the Dain (Witch Craft) Act.

Considering the fact that the present application arises out of a complaint case, in the light of this Court's decision in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & ors. v. the State of Bihar & anr., reported in 2015(3) PLJR 806, this application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner appears before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7396 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, her application shall be decided on the same date, keeping in mind the observations, as contained in the case of Salim Ansari (supra).
