Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner was twice rejected vide orders dated 1.9.2017 and 24.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. nos. 40319 of 2017 and 24425 of 2019. This Court does not find any fresh ground to entertain the anticipatory bail petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that compromise has taken place between the parties. In view of such, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below ( ACJM-Ist, Supaul )in connection with Triveniganj P.S. case no. 155 of 2011 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order along with compromise petition and pray for regular bail and in the event
