Petitioner happens to be agnate of the deceased and the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Petitioner appears to be order giver and it is other accused who poured kerosene oil and lit the fire on the person of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Tisiauta P.S.
