Petitioner is accused in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the I.P.C. and section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.01.2019.
