2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/506 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner no.1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod and petitioner no.2 assaulted one Parma Sahani with iron pipe on his head. Doctor has found simple injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of

No.37145 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana Chaka at Motihari, East Champaran in Chiraiya Sikarganj Police Station Case No. 88 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
