One GUPTI and one mobile set are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when he, along with others was caught by police. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 31-072015 and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Vivek Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daniyawa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri
