1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case no.175 of 2024 registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have given a knife blow to the informant causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of having sustained injuries of the informant is other than what has been narrated in the F.I.R. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court, it is submitted that it has transpired in course of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39542 of 2024(2) dt.03-06-2024 2/2 investigation in the statement of the witnesses that during scuffle, the informant fell down on a sharp scrap as a result of which he sustained the injuries. In any case, the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2024.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court, the petitioner being in custody since 21.3.2024 and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Town P.S. Case no.175 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
