Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be main assailant and fracture was found on right temporal of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
