Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of liquor is alleged from a four wheeler. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2020.Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33836 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Special Excise Case No.279 of 2020 arising out of Dagarua Police Station Case No.107 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
