Petitioner is accused in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.01.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
