The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 379 of 2020 corresponding to Panjwara P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It appears from the prosecution report that 320 Kgs. of Mahua flower kept in eight bags were recovered from an auto-rickshaw and the aforesaid article is said to belong to the petitioner.

He is in custody since 23.07.2020 and is a person of clean antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the

No.34585 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions JudgeII, Banka in connection with Special Case No. 379 of 2020 corresponding to Panjwara P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020.
