2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sisawan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 204 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the Akadaba Ghat.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police mechanism. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from open place. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature in which, he is on bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Court No. II, Siwan in connection with Sisawan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
