The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 12.2.2014 by which Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, in Complaint Case No. 1162 of 2007 discharged accused persons. On going through the impugned order, I find that the Court below had considered all aspects of the matter and, thereafter, discharged the accused.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
