2. The petitioner has challenged an order, dated 29th of April, 2017, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Motihari, East Champaran in Maintenance Case No. 205 of 2016, directing him to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2.

3. I have perused the impugned order.

4. The Opposite Party No. 2 is the father and Opposite Party No. 3 is the dependent brother of the petitioner. The order was passed against the father of the petitioner, holding, inter alia, that he has no means to maintain himself.

5. I have perused the impugned order and I do not find any illegality in the same.
