Petitioner happens to be Devar of the deceased and it is admitted case of the informant that he got information about the alleged occurrence from Devar of the deceased. Moreover, other in-laws including husband of the deceased, have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarsi P.S.
