2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed without hearing the petitioner and the condition of bail which was imposed by the magistrate was set aside and the matter was remitted back for fresh consideration.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 2.7.2020, the magistrate has against passed an order and released the opposite party no. 2 on bail. Subsequent order by which the opposite party no. 2 has been granted bail has not been challenged by the petitioner.

4. Now, the clock cannot be turned back.

5. Since the effect of the order dated 2.7.2020 has already taken place, this application has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the magistrate by which the petitioner has been granted bail.
