2. Heard Mr. Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Anita Kumari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila (Bhabua) PS Case No. 20 of 2019 dated 16.03.2019, instituted under Sections 376AB of the Indian Penal Code and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

4. This is the second attempt for bail by the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 11.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 45145 of 2019.

5. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with a direction to the lower Court to expedite the trial.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid and taking into consideration what has been recorded by the Court earlier in its order dated 11.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 45145 of 2019, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. However, let the Court below expedite the trial and conclude it, preferably within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
