Petitioner is accused in connection with K. Nagar (Champa Nagar) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 120(B), 506 of the I.P.C. and section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of Medical Report, it appears that there is no sign of rape. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.03.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34226 of 2019(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Purnea in connection with K. Nagar (Champa Nagar) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019.
