Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,307,326,34 of I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

In a Barat, some dispute arose between the parties to the marriage and the FIR named accused person allegedly started firing. Specific allegation is against co-accused-Baban Nut to have caused firearm injury and death of Ram Iswar Ram. Others also caused firearm injury at non-vital part of the body of some other person. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He is in custody since 28.04.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33854 of 2020(3) dt.09-02-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.571 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
