JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he sped his vehicle while he was stopped by the officials to check his papers and due to the aforesaid act of the petitioner, some officials including homeguards sustained injuries. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.09.2015 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, the informant and his companions tried to stop the petitioner for illegal realization as a result of which the vehicle of the petitioner overturned causing injury to informant and others.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53097 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaykot P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015.
