The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/307/386/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of demand of ransom by the FIR named accused persons. Further allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched the money of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. However, petitioner and his father along with co-villagers were arrayed as accused only for the reason that petitioner had demanded cost of the tractor of the petitioner used for filling earth by the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2020. Investigation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33875 of 2020(3) dt.22-01-2021 2/2 the case is already complete. Other accused persons have already been allowed bail or anticipatory bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.170 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
