The petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 288 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 341,323,420,406,379,504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the complaint petition of the complainant it transpires that the dispute as per the complainant is that although he had paid a sum of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner against purchase of land, however, inspite of promise, the petitioner did not execute the registered sale deed in favour of

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State, I find that the dispute mainly is one of civil nature and as such I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner namely, Lakshmi Sah@ Laxmi Sah surrender in the Court below within six weeks from today. In case of his arrest or surrender, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000.- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birprur in connection with Complaint Case No. 288C of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
