The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No.214/2013 registered under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited the loss calculated amount.

Accordingly the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions after submission
