In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015 registered for offence under sections 363, 365 and 364 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

A small child of four years has been kidnapped, thereafter, the ransom amount was demanded from his father. It has been found during the investigation, the SIM of the petitioner was used for demanding the ransom amount. Defence has been taken that the petitioner is a labourer and his SIM was misplaced and that has been used for the purposes of demanding the ransom amount. He is not a main actor as well as

In such type of cases, a group of persons are involved and discharged their own duty. The boy has not been recovered up-till now and he is still traceless. One Ranjay Kumar has come before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47233 of 2015 and this Court has rejected his bail applicaition.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
