JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 The short grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that despite the fact that the petitioner is a Sanskrit Teacher, he has been deputed as a Hindi Teacher and in support of his case, the petitioner has annexed a report of the District Welfare Officer, Begusarai dated 27.08.2016, wherein it has been clearly stated that the petitioner is a Sanskrit Teacher. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Director, Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall look into the matter so that the petitioner can be posted at the appropriate place.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.11203 of 2018(3) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Director, Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe within a period of four weeks from today by filing a detailed representation along with the aforesaid report of the District Welfare Officer dated 27.08.2017, whereafter the respondent no. 2 shall examine the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
