The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.117 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 347, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Nirmal Yadav.

Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, namely, Nirmal Yadav is concerned.

No.46854 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 So far as petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Sudhir Yadav and Durganand Yadav are concerned, considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against them, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Sudhir Yadav and Durganand Yadav are concerned, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.117 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
