JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard Sri Amit Kumar Bhaskar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody since 05.04.2015 in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case no.126/15 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are having clean antecedent. However, in the case, stolen articles have been recovered from the house of the petitioners.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of
