This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No.1395C of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467 and 468/34

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7682 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature and the present complaint case has been instituted only after institution of Title Suit No.131 of 2012.

Considering the fact that the present anticipatory bail application arises out of complaint case, this application, in connection with Complaint Case No.1395C of 2013, stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners, above named, to appear before the court below within a period of four weeks from today. If they do so and seek regular bail, their application for regular bail shall be considered and disposed of by the same day, in terms of decision of this Court, in case of "Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr." [2015(3) PLJR 807].
