JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Near about 100 liters of Mahua liquor are said to have been recovered from a tempo which was being driven by the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 24.09.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 139 of 2015.
