JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Having regard to the fact that the policy decision did not cover the case of the Teacher whose retirement is after one year. However, now the petitioner is to retire within one year and as such the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for choice posting in terms of the policy decision of the State Government. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent at the earliest preferably within the period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in view of the fact that petitioner is to retire in November, 2019. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
