JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2022 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2019 passed in CWJC No. 13390 of 2018, a reasoned order dated 26.06.2020 has been passed by the Registrar, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been found entitled to certain payments.

Patna High Court MJC No.2043 of 2019(4) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 It is the stand of the contemner-University that the University, in relation to an affiliated college, has got no role to play apart from granting affiliation and as far as the finances of the establishment of teachers and non-teachers are concerned, the same are looked after by the governing body of the college in question, hence the petitioner would be best advised to approach the governing body of the college in question. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Secretary of the Managing Committee, Deep Narayan Singh College, Bhusia, Rajoun, District-Banka. Liberty so sought is granted.

The contempt petition stands disposed off.
