The petitioner seeks bail in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., three unknown miscreants, on the point of knife and arms, looted the informant and his mama and thereafter, fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar, who has already been granted bail by the learned court below. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46569 of 2021(2) dt.22-01-2022 2/2 the petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2020. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Saupaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020.
