Case No. 21 of 2012 instituted under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur. Considering that seven out of 12 witnesses have already been examined, the application is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
