By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to get the disputed land vacated and not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner.

The State is directed to get the land of the petitioner demarcated and measured within a period of 15 days from today. After demarcation, the petitioner will be free to utilize his land. Neither the State nor the Nagar Parishad, Siwan will be allowed to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner.
