ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being two Bhaisurs and motherin-law of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

Considering the facts that these petitioners were living in their village and that the girl, in question, had disappeared from her maternal home as stated in the F.I.R. itself

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6347 of 2016 (4) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 and also because the entire blame has been saddled on the shoulder of the husband of the deceased, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
